How is my gold valued?
We assess purity using XRF technology in your presence. The quote is based on tested purity, net metal weight and the rate offered at the time. Non-gold materials such as stones are excluded from the gold weight.
Do you buy broken or old jewellery?
Yes. We accept old and damaged gold jewellery. Its precious-metal content, rather than its appearance or original making charges, determines the valuation.
Can I sell gold pledged with a bank?
We can help with pledged-gold release and purchase. Contact us with the pledge details so we can explain the process, outstanding loan settlement and balance payable to you.
What documents should I bring?
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the purchase invoice if available. Ownership and identity verification are required. We will explain the documents needed for your transaction.
How will I receive payment?
After verification and completion of the sale, payment can be made by bank transfer or cash within applicable limits. Confirm the payment method with our team before proceeding.
Can I speak in Tamil?
